Emily Redall

Emily started her training towards becoming a veterinary surgeon before finding her calling in human medicine, for which she is studying a graduate joint degree in medicine and surgery. Her love for animals has remained, however, and is best demonstrated by her bond with her horse, Cartown Wallabe (Wally).

Since stepping down from eventing at 4*, Wally has exampled his talent in new disciplines with Emily. In a few short months, they have already made their British Dressage debut, at Advanced Medium. Currently training towards Advanced at home, their aim is to complete their first Prix St Georges test before the start of Emily’s winter semester at medical school. At their current level, Emily hopes to gain qualification for a Summer Area Festival, and is also working on a freestyle to music floorplan to perform at her local venues soon.

Wally and Emily also recently made their showing debut and won their first ever class together, gaining them a second round London International Horse Show (LIHS) qualification. They aim to continue showing together and extend their repertoire from their Rising Star classes to include Veteran and Riding Horse. Their ultimate goal for showing is to attend the coveted LIHS and Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) in these classes.
