Terms and Conditions of JHP Club Membership:
- Annual membership runs from 1st January through to 31st December in any one year and is available to anyone residing within the UK.
- Cost of Annual Membership for the current qualifying year is: Junior/Student Single Membership: £15, Over 60's Single Membership: £15, Adult Single Membership: £20, Adult Joint Membership £35, Family of 4 Membership £45 and a Family of 6 Membership £50.
- Annual membership will be available to purchase from 1st January to 31st December for the current qualifying year, at a price and membership privileges set by Jackie Hancock Photography. No annual membership discount can be given to those who start their membership later during the current qualifying year.
- Jackie Hancock Photography may review, refuse or cancel any membership at any time and will provide a full refund where appropriate.
- For each new qualifying year, Jackie Hancock Photography may amend, remove, change or add membership privileges, membership fees, and the terms and conditions that were set for the previous qualifying year, on or before 1st January of the new qualifying year.
- You may cancel your membership at any time during the current qualifying year. Your JHP Club membership and privileges will end at the time of cancellation. No refund will be eligible to you.
- Your JHP Club Membership is an individual, joint or family privilege which is non transferable, non refundable and cannot be shared or used by others. Misuse of any membership will automatically revoke membership and any orders or services in association with this.
