Ruby is a junior dressage rider who competes with her horse Sir Nunn's Just Rudi, more commonly known as Rudi. Rudi is a 13 year old, 16.2hh, Palomino, Warmblood cross Irish Sport Horse.
Ruby started riding in late 2017, at a local riding school dreaming of owning her own horse - which came true in November of 2020 when she bought Rudi. It was very much a shock to her system going from weekly riding lessons to being a 24/7 horse owner - especially the riding aspect as a spritely sport horse doesn't even compare to a riding school pony! Despite this, Rudi is the most friendly, gentle, talented first horse anyone could ever wish for. Ruby says there are not many horses anyone can ride with limited riding experience and take you up the levels of dressage too!
Rudi took Ruby to her first ever Intro dressage competition to winning her first National Championship in 2023. Later on in 2023 we went on to win the Prelim Midway Music Championships at Hartpury, doing a lap of honour around the arena - only something Ruby could have dreamed of!
Ruby and Rudi have attended numerous Championships over the period of 2022 to 2024, and hopefully many more to come. They are currently competing at Novice and Elementary, training at Medium to hopefully make their Medium debut later this year.
In the future Ruby hopes to continue up the levels with Rudi but wherever time may take them, Ruby looks forward to spending it with Rudi!

As Ruby is a keen audio and video editor, which she has been for numerous years, together with her passion for dressage to music, she decided to combine both, making it into a business.
